Stockfish or Okporoko (in Igbo language) are harvested from the salty coasts of Norway, these Round Cod fish are dried and cured using traditional open air-methods. 

Exceptionally nutrient dense and finest quality of dried cod fish  with no added salts or preservatives.

Stockfish contains extremely high levels of protein - up to 79% by weight - along with significant amounts of iron, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins D and B12. It is very low in fat and calories, making it highly nutritious, low-fat protein source ideal for weight watchers, muscle maintenance and immunity support.
